Description

You will design, build, and maintain security models, workflows, plugins, and integrations for Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM systems.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Develop and customize CRM solutions using C#.Net, JavaScript, and MS SQL Server.
• Implement data tier components, SSIS packages, and SSRS reports for administration and reporting.
• Integrate upstream and downstream systems via REST, OData APIs, Kingswaysoft, and Azure Functions.
• Configure business rules, form customizations, and console jobs for CRM administration.
• Set up and manage DevOps pipelines for CRM systems using standard DevOps tools.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of experience in Microsoft Dynamics 365 customization, configuration, and development.
• Strong proficiency in C#.Net, JavaScript, and MS SQL Server development.
• Hands-on experience with MS CRM SDK and MSD Developer Toolkit.
• Experience with Power Apps, Power Automate, and PCF controls for integrations.
• Proficiency in SSIS package development and SSRS design.
• Experience with Azure services, specifically Azure Functions and Service Bus.
• Knowledge of 3rd party integrations using Middleware Tools (Kingswaysoft) and APIs.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with Power App Portals and Unified Service Desk (USD) customization and deployment.
• Experience migrating Dynamics and USD configurations between environments.
• Microsoft Dynamics 365 certifications for Sales, Service, or Customizations.
