Role Overview:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Microsoft Dynamics 365 Developer to join our technology team. This role involves designing, developing, customizing, integrating, administering, and supporting Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM/CE applications and Power Platform solutions. The ideal candidate will possess strong technical expertise and problem-solving capabilities to collaborate with business and technical stakeholders to deliver enterprise-grade solutions within Agile delivery environments.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, customize, and implement Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM/CE solutions, configuring entities, forms, views, dashboards, business process flows, workflows, and security roles.
• Develop custom plugins, workflow activities, custom actions, and JavaScript components, extending Dynamics functionality using PCF (PowerApps Component Framework) controls.
• Perform environment configuration and solution management across Dev, QA, UAT, and Production, working closely with business users to translate functional requirements into technical solutions.
• Build and maintain Power Apps (Canvas and Model-Driven Apps), develop Power Automate workflows and approval processes, and create dashboards and reports using Power BI.
• Implement Dataverse solutions and business rules, integrating Power Platform solutions with enterprise systems.
• Administer and manage Power Platform environments, solutions, connectors, governance policies, security, access controls, licensing, and compliance settings.
• Design and develop integrations between Dynamics 365 and external applications, building REST/SOAP API integrations using Azure Logic Apps, Azure Functions, and Service Bus.
• Perform data migration activities using SSIS, KingswaySoft, Dataflows, or custom ETL processes, ensuring data integrity, validation, and cleansing.
• Troubleshoot and resolve production incidents and application issues, perform root cause analysis, and support upgrades, patches, and release deployments.

Qualifications:
