Description

You will build and customize Dynamics 365 solutions while managing client relationships and project delivery.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Develop and customize solutions using the Dynamics 365 platform.
• Build business cases, project plans, and necessary project documentation.
• Drive CRM implementations through discovery, build, and deployment phases.
• Review work to ensure high quality standards are met.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of overall project experience.
• Minimum 3+ years in Power Platform development and customizations.
• Deep understanding of D365 capabilities, architecture, and online solution deployment.
• Proficiency with PowerApps (Model-Driven Apps), Power Automate, and Dataverse.
• Experience with C#, CRM SDK, Web APIs, and Azure Functions.
• Strong knowledge of JavaScript, Plugins, and Custom Workflow activities.
• Familiarity with Security and Solution Management practices.

Preferred Skills

• Ability to develop and manage client relationships proactively.
• Experience delivering projects on time and within budget.
