Description

You will develop and extend Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement applications across Sales, Customer Service, and Marketing modules.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Customize and extend D365 Online and On-Premise applications through entity customizations, forms, views, and fields.
• Develop technical components including ribbons, site maps, workflows, plugins, business process flows, and custom actions.
• Build and maintain automated processes using Power Automate, including creating and troubleshooting flows and connectors.
• Implement client-side logic using JavaScript and Web Resources.
• Utilize CRM Web APIs to integrate and extend system functionality.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in Dynamics 365 development.
• Proficiency with JavaScript and Web Resources.
• Hands-on experience with Power Automate, flows, and connectors.
• Experience working with CRM Web APIs.
• Knowledge of architecture and design patterns.
• Strong debugging skills using browser plugins and developer tools.
• Experience working within Lean or Agile methodologies.

Preferred Skills

• Hands-on expertise with Power Apps Component Framework (PCF).
• Experience building Canvas Apps.
