You will develop and maintain Microsoft Dynamics 365 applications to meet specific business requirements.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Configure and customize CRM solutions, implementing access control based on security best practices.
• Implement and troubleshoot integrations using workflows, web services, and APIs.
• Define use cases, gather business requirements, and translate technical information into business concepts.
• Collaborate within an Agile/Scrum team to design and deploy Dynamics 365 business solutions.
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously while following all SDLC processes and best practices.

Required Skills

• 3-5 years of experience implementing and customizing Power Platforms and Dynamics 365 Cloud solutions.
• Proficiency in C#, ASP.NET, JSON, and JavaScript.
• Experience with data migrations, SSIS, plugins, and automated CI/CD pipelines.
• 3-5 years of experience working within Agile/Scrum methodologies.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and technical writing skills.
• Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a relevant discipline.

Preferred Skills

• Microsoft CRM Application certification.
• Experience with Power Automate, Power Apps, Power BI, and SharePoint.
• Emphasis in Customer Service, Case Management, and Field Service modules.
