Description

Design, develop, and implement Microsoft Dynamics 365, Power Platform, and SharePoint solutions to meet business requirements.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain Dynamics 365 applications, configuring CRM solutions for Customer Service, Case Management, and Field Service.
• Implement and troubleshoot integrations using workflows, web services, SSIS, and third-party APIs.
• Manage data migrations, plugins, and automated CI/CD pipelines.
• Implement access control based on roles and security best practices.
• Collaborate within an Agile/Scrum team to define use cases and gather requirements across all SDLC phases.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of professional software development experience.
• 3-5 years implementing and customizing Power Platform and Dynamics 365 Cloud solutions.
• 3-5 years of experience working in Agile/Scrum methodologies.
• Proficiency in C#, ASP.NET, JSON, and JavaScript.
• Strong knowledge of API/SSIS integrations and version management.
• Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a relevant discipline.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with Power Automate, Power Apps, Power BI, and SharePoint.
• Microsoft CRM Application certification.
