You will design, develop, and implement scalable CRM solutions using the Power Platform.
Responsibilities
Configure and customize Customer Service Workspace (CSW) components, including Voice and Chat channels, workstreams, session templates, agent scripts, and macros.
Implement Customer Service (CS) components such as real-time marketing journeys, segments, email templates, compliance profiles, and event management.
Develop and maintain integrations across multiple workstreams to ensure successful project outcomes.
Collaborate with technical and business teams to deliver high-quality solutions.
Required Skills
5+ years of hands-on experience in Dynamics 365 and Power Platform development.
Deep knowledge of CSW configuration and customization.
Experience with Voice and Chat channel setup and management.
Proficiency in creating agent scripts, macros, and session templates.
Strong background in real-time marketing journeys and segments.
Ability to manage email templates and compliance profiles.
Experience with event management and system integrations.
Ability to coordinate across multiple workstreams.
