Description

You will design, develop, and implement scalable CRM solutions using the Power Platform.

Responsibilities

• Configure and customize Customer Service Workspace (CSW) components, including Voice and Chat channels, workstreams, session templates, agent scripts, and macros.
• Implement Customer Service (CS) components such as real-time marketing journeys, segments, email templates, compliance profiles, and event management.
• Develop and maintain integrations across multiple workstreams to ensure successful project outcomes.
• Coordinate with technical and business teams to deliver high-quality solutions.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of hands-on experience in Dynamics 365 and Power Platform development.
• Deep knowledge of CSW configuration and customization.
• Experience with Voice and Chat channel setup and management.
• Proficiency in creating agent scripts, macros, and session templates.
• Strong background in real-time marketing journeys and segments.
• Ability to manage email templates and compliance profiles.
• Experience with event management and system integrations.
