Description

You will design, develop, and maintain solutions within the Dynamics 365 and Power Platform ecosystems.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop new web components using .NET, C#, JavaScript, SQL, and Azure.
• Configure and implement Power Platform solutions, including Power Apps, Power Automate, and Dataverse.
• Lead requirements gathering, fit-gap analysis, and technical design for platform features.
• Troubleshoot technical issues in Dynamics 365 and document solutions for system administrators.
• Create and maintain documentation for requirements, recommendations, and technical analysis.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in software development.
• Expertise in Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement, specifically the Customer Service module.
• Strong development skills in .NET, C#, JavaScript, SQL, and Azure.
• Proficiency with the Power Platform, including Power Apps, Power Automate, and Dataverse.
• Experience with Dynamics 365 customization, configuration, development, and deployment.
• Knowledge of Microsoft’s licensing model for Dynamics 365 and Power Platform.
• Ability to work independently and collaborate with developers and system engineers.
