Description

You will lead the design, development, and implementation of Microsoft Power Platform and Dynamics 365 solutions.

Responsibilities

• Lead customization, configuration, and deployment of Dynamics 365 Customer Service modules, including Forms, Views, Plug-Ins, Workflows, and BPFs.
• Design and develop new web components using .NET, C#, SQL, and Azure.
• Conduct requirements gathering, fit-gap analysis, and create prototypes to meet business needs.
• Troubleshoot and remediate technical issues, documenting solutions and collaborating with system administrators.
• Define governance approaches and manage platform usage documentation.

Required Skills

• 3+ years of experience as a Dynamics 365 Technical Lead.
• Extensive experience with Dynamics 365 Customer Service module.
• Proficiency in Power Platform, including Power Apps, Power Automate, Power Pages, and Dataverse.
• Strong custom development skills in C#, .NET, and JavaScript.
• Experience working with SQL, Azure, and both standard and premium connectors.
• Knowledge of Microsoft licensing models for Dynamics 365 and Power Platform.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent graduate level education.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with DevOps in Power Platform, specifically Power Pipelines and ALM Accelerator.
