Description

You will design and architect cloud-oriented solutions using the Microsoft Dynamics 365 Field Service module.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Design cloud-oriented solutions on the Dynamics 365 Field Service module and perform feasibility assessments.
• Translate business, functional, and technical requirements into actionable technical solutions.
• Lead technical delivery for implementations, covering security, integration, data migration, and solution components.
• Monitor architecture project progress to ensure implementation teams follow agreed designs.
• Document and maintain governance documentation, technical specifications, and best practices.

Required Skills

• 8+ years of experience in Dynamics 365 CE/CRM solution design and development with a focus on Field Services.
• Hands-on experience with Field Service Resource Scheduling Optimization (RSO).
• Proven track record of creating Plugins, Workflows, and Custom Actions.
• Development experience in Azure and the web stack, including .Net, C#, HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
• Experience with customizations and integrations within the Microsoft ecosystem.
• Experience designing and maintaining large-scale enterprise applications and design patterns.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent experience.

Preferred Skills

• Ability to analyze architectural decisions based on cost, performance, reliability, and other KPIs.
