Description

You will lead the functional implementation and optimization of Dynamics 365 Field Service processes.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end work order and asset life cycles, including contracts and agreements.
• Configure resource scheduling, routing, and schedule boards to optimize resource utilization.
• Develop and customize FSMS mobile app features, including offline profiles and push notifications.
• Implement inventory management scenarios, including material orders, return scenarios, and ERP/WMS integrations.
• Engineer performance for custom platform logic and FSMS mobile applications.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of experience with Dynamics 365 Field Service processes.
• Expertise in Microsoft Flow, PowerApps, and mobile app customization.
• Deep knowledge of inventory management and ERP/WMS integration.
• Experience with RSO configuration and geofencing implementation.
• Hands-on experience with IoT integration and middleware utilization.
• Proficiency in managing offline sync optimization and mobile app performance.
• Experience with Intune integration and contextual help-content integration.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with CI/CD, ALM, and Azure DevOps.
• Knowledge of Middleware integration, Azure iPaaS, and Azure Functions.
