Description

Lead end-to-end Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations implementations from initiation through to completion.

Responsibilities

• Lead planning, execution, monitoring, and closing of D365 F&O implementation programs.
• Develop detailed project plans, timelines, and budgets aligned with client objectives.
• Manage project scope, schedules, risks, and issues while coordinating cross-functional teams.
• Facilitate steering committee meetings, status updates, and risk assessment sessions.
• Build client relationships to identify opportunities for additional project work.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of D365 F&O implementation experience.
• 8+ years managing large-scale ERP/CRM software projects and development teams.
• Expertise in SDLC methodologies including Agile and Waterfall.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Project, Azure DevOps, or similar project management tools.
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously under pressure.
• Experience working within a consulting or professional services environment.
• Strong background in change management and requirement gathering.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field.

Preferred Skills

• PMP or similar project management certification.
