Description

You will lead functional implementations and support for Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations modules.

You will own the release pipeline.

Responsibilities

• Analyze business processes to design and re-engineer solutions that improve operational efficiency.
• Drive Fit-Gap analysis and Conference Room Pilot (CRP) sessions to align system capabilities with user needs.
• Configure and implement core modules including General Ledger, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Budgeting, Fixed Assets, Cash & Bank Management, Sales & Marketing, Procurement & Sourcing, Master Planning, and Advanced Warehouse Management.
• Execute data migration, data mapping, and master data validation activities.
• Provide Level 2 and Level 3 application support through SLA-based ticket and incident resolution.

Required Skills

• Minimum 2-3 full life-cycle implementations of MS Dynamics D365 F&O solutions.
• Deep functional knowledge of D365 F&O Finance or SCM modules.
• Current version certifications in D365 F&O Finance or SCM.
• Experience with D365 F&O application maintenance and operations.
• Proficiency in Master Data Validation and data management.
• Strong analytical and logical thinking for root cause investigation.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with Electronic Reporting configuration.
• Knowledge of Production, Trade & Logistics, or Project Management modules.
