Description

Drive finance functional delivery for Dynamics 365 F&O implementations, bridging business needs with technical solutions.

You will own the full lifecycle of business analysis, documentation, and user adoption for finance modules.

Responsibilities

• Analyze business processes to identify gaps against desired states and propose functional solutions.
• Author and maintain comprehensive documentation including BRD, FRD, FDD, User Manuals, and Requirement Traceability Matrices.
• Lead requirement gathering sessions, manage customer presentations, and resolve stakeholder disagreements.
• Deliver functional training to end-users and manage User Acceptance Testing (UAT) processes.
• Handle change requests and maintain accurate project documentation throughout the implementation lifecycle.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of experience with Microsoft Dynamics AX and D365 F&O.
• Minimum 3 full-cycle D365 ERP Functional Consultant implementations.
• At least 1 project accounting implementation experience on D365 F&O.
• Deep functional knowledge of D365 Finance modules: General Ledger, Project, Expense, FA, Budget, Fixed Asset, Taxation (GST), AP, AR, Costing, Trade, Logistics, Inventory, Bank, and Procurement.
• Proven experience with country localization and ISV integration.
• Strong ability to analyze business requirements and document detailed functional specifications.
• Proficiency in English for professional business communication.

Preferred Skills

• Experience handling global templates and global rollouts.
• Valid certification in D365 Finance.
