Description

You will lead the technical implementation and governance of Microsoft Power Platform and Dynamics 365 solutions.

This role is hybrid.

Responsibilities

• Lead the design, configuration, and deployment of Dynamics 365 Sales and Customer Service modules.
• Develop new web components and custom solutions using .NET, C#, SQL, and Azure.
• Conduct requirements gathering, fit-gap analysis, and create prototypes or mockups to meet business needs.
• Define and refine platform governance approaches and manage Microsoft licensing models for D365 and Power Platform.
• Troubleshoot and remediate technical issues, documenting solutions for system administrators and IT resources.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience as a Dynamics 365 Technical Lead.
• 8+ years of experience managing solutions using Dynamics 365 Sales and Customer Service.
• 8+ years of experience customizing and implementing Forms, Views, Plug-Ins, Workflows, and BPFs in D365.
• 5+ years of custom development experience using .NET, JavaScript, and C#.
• 3+ years of experience with Power Platform and Dataverse.
• 3+ years of experience using standard and premium connectors with PowerApps and Power Automate.
• Proficiency in SQL, Azure, and Power Pages.
• Strong understanding of Microsoft licensing models for Dynamics 365 and Power Platform.

Preferred Skills

• 2+ years of experience with DevOps in Power Platform and D365 environments.
• 5+ years of experience with data integrations and migrations using SSIS packages.
