Description

You will lead the design, development, and implementation of Microsoft Power Platform and Dynamics 365 solutions.

This role is hybrid.

Responsibilities

• Lead customization, configuration, and deployment of Dynamics 365 Sales and Customer Service modules.
• Design and develop web components using .NET, C#, SQL, and Azure.
• Conduct requirements gathering, fit-gap analysis, and create prototypes to meet business needs.
• Define and refine governance approaches and best practices for platform usage.
• Troubleshoot technical issues and document solutions for system administrators.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of professional experience in technical lead roles.
• Expertise in Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement (Sales and Customer Service).
• Proficiency with Power Platform tools: PowerApps, Power Automate, Power Pages, and Dataverse.
• Hands-on development experience with .NET, C#, and SQL.
• Experience working within Azure environments.
• Deep understanding of Microsoft licensing models for Dynamics 365 and Power Platform.
• Strong technical documentation skills for requirements and analysis.
• Any Graduate degree.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with DevOps in Power Platform, specifically Power Pipelines or ALM Accelerator.
