Description

You lead the technical implementation of Microsoft Power Platform and Dynamics 365 solutions.

This role is hybrid.

Responsibilities

• Lead customization, configuration, development, and deployment of Dynamics 365 Sales and Customer Service modules.
• Design and develop web components using .NET, C#, SQL, and Azure.
• Conduct requirements gathering, fit-gap analysis, and design for Power Platform solutions.
• Troubleshoot technical issues, document solutions, and collaborate with system administrators on fixes.
• Define governance approaches and act as a liaison between IT and business units for issue resolution.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of professional experience.
• Expertise in Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement (Sales and Customer Service).
• Proficiency with Microsoft Power Platform, including Power Apps, Power Automate, Power Pages, and Dataverse.
• Strong development skills in .NET, C#, SQL, and Azure.
• Deep understanding of Microsoft’s licensing model for Dynamics 365 and Power Platform.
• Experience performing technical analysis and developing platform usage documentation.
• Ability to work independently and within a team of developers and engineers.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with DevOps in Power Platform, specifically Power Pipelines and ALM Accelerator.
