Description

Lead the design, configuration, and implementation of Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement solutions.

This role is hybrid.

Responsibilities

• Own the full lifecycle of D365 solutions from requirements gathering to support.
• Conduct fit-gap analysis and translate business needs into technical prototypes and documentation.
• Develop web components and custom logic using .NET, C#, and SQL.
• Configure entity properties, workflows, business process flows, and custom actions within the Power Platform.
• Define governance approaches and best practices for platform usage.

Required Skills

• 8+ years of experience in Dynamics 365 CRM customization, specifically Customer Service.
• 8+ years implementing Forms, Views, Plug-Ins, Workflows, and BPFs.
• 8+ years of custom development experience using .NET, C#, and JavaScript.
• 5+ years of experience as a D365 Technical Lead.
• 3+ years of experience with Power Platform, Dataverse, Power Apps, and Power Automate.
• 3+ years of experience using standard and premium connectors.
• Deep knowledge of Microsoft licensing models for Dynamics 365 and Power Platform.
• Proficiency with SQL and Azure.

Preferred Skills

• 2+ years of experience with DevOps in Power Platform/D365 environments (Power Pipelines/ALM Accelerator).
• 5+ years of experience with data integrations and migrations using SSIS packages.
• 3+ years of experience with SharePoint Online and Microsoft 365 services.
