Description

Manage the full project lifecycle for Dynamics 365 Project Operations, from initial analysis and design through to QA and deployment.

Responsibilities

• Lead functional workshops with customers to document requirements and design solutions.
• Own the delivery process, including authoring and reviewing high-level architecture, data migration, integration, and security models.
• Act as the primary point of contact for customer delivery concerns and project issues.
• Direct the design and development process while providing oversight to technical teams and business analysts.
• Mentor team members within both project and practice contexts.

Required Skills

• 3+ years of experience with Dynamics 365 CE and Project Operations or Project Service Automation (PSA).
• Expert knowledge of out-of-the-box Dynamics 365 Project Operations functionality.
• Proficiency with Power Platform, including Power Apps, Power Automate, Dataverse, and Power BI.
• Experience using Azure DevOps or similar enterprise planning and delivery tools.
• Strong background working within an IT consultancy environment.
• Ability to work effectively with multicultural teams across different time zones.
• Advanced use of Microsoft Excel, Word, and Visio.
• Proven experience leading functional teams and managing difficult stakeholders.
