Description

You will design, develop, and implement solutions within Microsoft Dynamics 365 Sales and the Power Platform. You own the stability and performance of the existing CRM implementation while identifying opportunities for system enhancements.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain model-driven apps and Power Automate flows for seamless integration.
• Partner with Product Management to define, prioritize, and implement new features.
• Design and configure security roles and access controls in Dynamics 365.
• Support and maintain the Dynamics 365 Sales environment.
• Apply ALM processes and CI/CD practices using Power Platform Pipelines.

Required Skills

• Minimum 5 years of experience with Dynamics 365 Sales and Power Platform.
• Strong knowledge of Plugins, Workflow, JavaScript, and Dataverse.
• Hands-on experience with Power Automate and model-driven app development.
• Proven ability to architect enterprise-grade CRM solutions.
• Experience with Power Platform Pipelines and ALM processes.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with process improvements through analysis and user feedback.
