Description

You will lead implementation efforts for Dynamics 365 Supply Chain Management, translating business requirements into functional specifications and configuring core modules.

Responsibilities

• Lead and support full lifecycle implementations of D365 Supply Chain modules.
• Configure Sales, Accounts Receivable (AR), Procurement, and Product Information Management.
• Gather requirements from business stakeholders and document system configurations.
• Facilitate user training and manage User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
• Provide go-live and post-go-live support to ensure system stability.

Required Skills

• Minimum 5 years of experience with Dynamics 365 Finance & Supply Chain Management.
• Proven experience with at least one full lifecycle implementation.
• Deep knowledge of Supply Chain business processes and operations.
• Strong understanding of Sales, AR, and Procurement module configurations.
• Microsoft Certification in Dynamics 365 Finance and Supply Chain (or equivalent implementation experience).
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with Product Information Management (PIM) customization.
