Description

Lead the technical architecture and development of Microsoft Dynamics 365 environments, owning the full lifecycle from analysis to deployment.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement security models and out-of-the-box configurations for Dynamics 365.
• Develop custom entities, plugins, workflows, business rules, and form customizations.
• Manage end-to-end technical tasks including analysis, coding, testing, and quality assurance.
• Integrate MS CRM with third-party systems using middleware, APIs, or SSIS packages.
• Execute data migrations and manage CI/CD pipelines via Azure DevOps.

Required Skills

• 9+ years of experience with MS Dynamics 365 (online and on-premises).
• Proficiency in C#.Net, JavaScript, and MS SQL.
• Hands-on experience with MS CRM SDK and MSD developer toolkit.
• Deep knowledge of Power Automate, Power Apps (Model-Driven and Canvas), and console jobs.
• Expertise in API integrations using REST, ODATA Web APIs, and middleware tools like KingswaySoft.
• Strong experience with Azure DevOps and ADO boards.
• Proven ability in CRM administration and architectural design.
• Ability to translate complex business requirements into technical solutions.

Preferred Skills

• Microsoft Dynamics 365 certifications for Sales, Service, or Customizations.
