Description

You will serve as a Subject Matter Expert for the Dynamics 365 platform.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot user issues across D365 modules, handling L2 incident management, L3 problem fixes, and minor changes.
• Assist with role-based access configuration, form behavior adjustments, and record visibility settings.
• Design and implement CRM integrations and data migration strategies.
• Develop custom workflows and perform system troubleshooting.
• Support platform updates, integrations, and monitor overall system health against operational standards.

Required Skills

• 8–12 years of hands-on experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365.
• Expertise in SQL Server for database management and reporting.
• Proficiency in Power BI for dashboard and report creation.
• Experience developing customizations and scripts using JavaScript.
• Proven ability in CRM integration and data migration.
• Skill in designing and implementing custom workflows.
• Experience coordinating with product vendors for L4 support.
