Description

You will serve as the Subject Matter Expert for the Dynamics 365 platform, owning incident resolution, customizations, and integrations.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot user issues across D365 modules, handling L2 incident management and L3 problem fixes.
• Design and implement CRM integrations and data migration strategies.
• Develop custom workflows and perform system troubleshooting to maintain operational health.
• Assist with role-based access configuration, form behavior adjustments, and record visibility settings.
• Support platform updates and coordinate with product vendors for L4 support.

Required Skills

• 8–12 years of hands-on experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365.
• Expertise in SQL Server for database management and reporting.
• Proficiency in Power BI for dashboard and report creation.
• Experience developing customizations and scripts using JavaScript.
• Proven ability in CRM integration and data migration.
• Skill in designing and implementing custom workflows.
