Description

Develop and maintain complex customizations and integrations within the Dynamics 365 ecosystem.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Build complex customizations and integrations using APIs, plugins, and workflows.
• Develop Model-Driven and Canvas Apps, as well as Power Portals.
• Implement integrations between Dynamics 365 and Azure using Logic Apps and Azure Functions.
• Configure Ribbon customizations and manage customer journey insights.
• Maintain and extend existing .NET and JavaScript codebases.

Required Skills

• 6+ years of experience in Dynamics CRM, specifically Sales, Marketing, Services, and Case Management.
• Hands-on expertise with Dynamics 365 and Azure Cloud integrations.
• Proficiency in .NET programming and JavaScript.
• Experience with Power Apps (Model-Driven and Canvas) and Power Automate.
• Experience building and managing Power Portals.
• Strong understanding of workflows, plugins, and API-based integrations.
• Ability to work with Azure services including Logic Apps and Azure Functions.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with SSIS, Azure Data Factory, and Power BI.
