Description

You will develop and maintain complex customizations and integrations within the Dynamics 365 ecosystem.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Build complex customizations for Dynamics CRM modules including Sales, Marketing, Services, and Case Management.
• Develop Power Apps using Model Driven, Canvas App, and Power Portal frameworks.
• Configure and manage workflows using Power Automate.
• Implement integrations between D365 and Azure using Logic Apps and Azure Functions.
• Create custom plugins, ribbon customizations, and API-based integrations.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience with Dynamics CRM (Sales, Marketing, Services, Case Management).
• Hands-on experience with Dynamics 365 customizations and integrations.
• Proficiency in .NET programming and JavaScript.
• Experience with Power Apps (Model Driven and Canvas) and Power Automate.
• Experience with Power Portals and Ribbon Customization.
• Working knowledge of Azure Cloud and D365 integrations.
• Ability to build complex integrations using APIs.
• Experience developing plugins and workflows.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with SSIS, Azure Data Factory, and Power BI.
• Knowledge of building Customer Journey Insights.
