Description

Lead technical design and implementation of Microsoft Dynamics 365 solutions across online and on-premises environments. Own the full development lifecycle from analysis and coding to testing and deployment.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement security models, custom entities, plugins, workflows, and business rules.
• Develop integrations between MS CRM and third-party systems using REST, OData Web APIs, and middleware tools like KingswaySoft.
• Execute data migration tasks using SSIS packages and handle CRM administration and form customization.
• Evaluate technical approaches to select optimal solutions for complex business requirements.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of experience in Microsoft Dynamics 365 and earlier CRM versions.
• Strong expertise in C#.Net, JavaScript, and MS CRM SDK.
• Proficiency in MS SQL, SQL Server development, and SSRS/SSIS design.
• Hands-on experience with MS CRM developer toolkit and console jobs.
• Experience with Power Automate and CI/CD pipelines.
• Proven ability in CRM customization, configuration, and deployment.
• Solid understanding of API integration via REST and ODATA.
• Ability to design and implement data tier components and services.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with Omnichannel Customer Service workspace, Power Apps portals, or Unified Service Desk.
• Knowledge of front-end technologies including HTML, CSS, XML/XSLT, jQuery, and AngularJS.
