Description

You will design, develop, and maintain agency applications within a client/server and web server environment.

Responsibilities

• Design and document technical architecture solutions spanning multiple platforms, including integration and authentication.
• Lead project tasks including requirements gathering, planning, analysis, testing, and implementation.
• Manage CI/CD and release processes for all Dynamics 365 technology efforts.
• Provide advanced technical support for the Dynamics 365 platform and identify technical risks.
• Troubleshoot application issues and resolve complex problems under pressure.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience with Dynamics 365 and Power Platform implementations.
• 5+ years of experience as a Systems Architect.
• 5+ years of experience with Azure DevOps.
• 5+ years of experience in infrastructure, network, and application support.
• 5+ years of experience as a Technical Customer Service Analyst.
• 3+ years of experience with Power Platform solutions, specifically Power Automate and Power Pages.
• 3+ years of experience in database architecture.
• Experience with Microsoft Azure platform and APIs.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Project, Excel, and PowerPoint.
• Ability to produce detailed technical documentation and oral presentations.

Preferred Skills

• Experience working within the State of Michigan System Engineering Methodology (SEM).
