Design and document technical architecture solutions for Dynamics 365 and Power Platform, covering system integration, authentication, and release management.

This role is hybrid.

Responsibilities

• Design and document technical architecture solutions spanning multiple platforms, including integration and authentication.
• Define, communicate, and manage CI/CD and release management processes for all Dynamics 365 technology efforts.
• Perform requirements gathering and analysis directly with customers to resolve complex problems.
• Identify technical risks, troubleshoot application issues under pressure, and prepare detailed technical documentation.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience with Dynamics 365 and Power Platform implementations.
• 5+ years of experience in Architect roles.
• 5+ years of experience with MS Azure and Application Support.
• 5+ years of experience with Azure DevOps and Infrastructure/Network support.
• 5+ years of experience as a Technical Customer Service Analyst.
• 3+ years of experience with Power Platform solutions, specifically Power Automate and Power Pages.
• 3+ years of experience in Database Architecture.
• Proficiency with APIs and Azure Communications.
• Competency in Microsoft Project, Excel, and PowerPoint.
