Description

You will design, document, and manage the technical architecture for Dynamics 365 and Power Platform solutions, including cross-platform integration, authentication, and release pipelines.

This role is hybrid.

Responsibilities

• Design and document technical architecture solutions for system integration and authentication.
• Manage technical change and release processes via CI/CD for all Dynamics 365 technology efforts.
• Identify technical risks and issues throughout the project lifecycle.
• Perform requirements gathering and analysis directly with customers.
• Troubleshoot complex application issues and resolve problems under pressure.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience with Dynamics 365 and Power Platform implementations.
• 5+ years of experience in Architect roles.
• 5+ years of experience with Azure DevOps and infrastructure/network/application support.
• 3+ years of experience with Power Platform solutions, specifically Power Automate and Power Pages.
• 3+ years of experience in Database Architecture.
• Experience with Microsoft Azure platform and APIs.
• Proficiency in producing detailed technical documentation and oral presentations.

Preferred Skills

• Experience as a Technical Customer Service Analyst.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Project, Excel, and PowerPoint.
