Description

Design and document technical architecture solutions for Dynamics 365 and Power Platform implementations, including integration and authentication across systems.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Define and manage technical change management and release processes for Dynamics 365 technology efforts.
• Identify technical risks and issues, resolving complex problems under pressure.
• Perform analysis and requirements gathering with customers to define optimal solutions.
• Prepare detailed written instructions, documentation, and clear technical presentations.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience with Dynamics 365 and Power Platform implementations.
• 5+ years of experience with Power Platform Solutions, specifically Power Automate and Power Pages.
• 3+ years of experience with Microsoft Azure platform and Azure Communications APIs.
• 5+ years of database architecture experience.
• 3+ years of infrastructure, network, and application support experience.
• Experience with Azure DevOps and CI/CD release management.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Project, Excel, and PowerPoint.

Preferred Skills

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant technical field.
• Ability to communicate technical terminology effectively to diverse audiences.
