Description

You lead the design, development, and implementation of Microsoft Power Platform and Dynamics 365 solutions.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop web components using .NET, C#, SQL, and Azure.
• Lead requirements gathering, fit-gap analysis, and technical design for Power Platform solutions.
• Troubleshoot and remediate technical issues within Dynamics 365, documenting solutions for system administrators.
• Define and refine governance approaches and best practices for platform usage.
• Create prototypes and mockups to demonstrate how platform features meet business requirements.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of professional experience in technical roles.
• Expertise in Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement, specifically Sales and Customer Service modules.
• Deep knowledge of Power Platform, including Power Apps, Power Automate, Power Pages, and Dataverse.
• Proficiency in .NET, C#, SQL, and Azure.
• Experience with Dynamics 365 customization, configuration, deployment, and usage.
• Understanding of Microsoft’s licensing models for Dynamics 365 and Power Platform.
• Strong technical documentation skills for requirements and system analysis.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with DevOps in Power Platform, specifically Power Pipelines and ALM Accelerator.
