Description

Act as the technical bridge between business stakeholders and development teams within the Banking and Financial Services domain.

Responsibilities

• Lead requirement gathering workshops and conduct analysis to drive design by engaging technical and business stakeholders.
• Author user stories, manage the integration backlog, identify dependencies, and sequence work production.
• Map integration patterns to functional usage and perform impact analysis on existing business flows for change requests.
• Manage data migration tasks including data analysis, mapping, and harmonization using out-of-the-box and third-party tools.
• Facilitate sprint planning, backlog refinement, and user acceptance testing to certify new features.

Required Skills

• 8–12 years of experience in MS Dynamics 365 CRM Customer Engagement.
• Deep understanding of D365 Sales, Service, Dataverse, and Power Apps capabilities.
• Experience with MS CRM and 3rd party integration using MuleSoft, REST/ODATA Web APIs, or SSIS packages.
• Proficiency in data analysis and validation using Dynamics 365 configuration rules.
• Knowledge of integration architecture and mapping patterns to functional requirements.
• Experience with Azure Data Factory for data migration and translation.
• Ability to create use case diagrams, UML sequence diagrams, and Visio flows.
• Exposure to workflows, plugins, form customization, and CRM administration.
• Background in writing user stories and conducting grooming sessions and walkthroughs.

Preferred Skills

• Experience in the Banking and Financial Services domain.
