Description

Lead the technical design and architectural implementation of Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement solutions.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate detailed design from requirements and support construction and deployment.
• Design scalable, highly available components within a Service Oriented Architecture (SOA) environment.
• Lead technical workshops with business and technology partners to define architecture solutions.
• Map integration patterns to functional usage using middleware, APIs, and Azure services.
• Manage cloud platform resources, security models, and DevOps pipelines for CRM systems.

Required Skills

• 12+ years of experience in Dynamics 365 CE (Sales and Service).
• Expertise in C#.Net, JavaScript, and MS SQL.
• Hands-on experience with MS CRM SDK and MSD developer toolkit.
• Proven experience with SSRS and data migration including data mapping and harmonization.
• Deep understanding of integration via REST, ODATA WebAPIs, and SSIS packages.
• Experience using Azure services including Azure Functions, Service Bus, and Azure Data Factory.
• Proficiency with Power Apps, Power Automate, and PCF controls.
• Strong knowledge of reporting architecture using SSRS and Power BI.
• Experience working within Agile methodologies.

Preferred Skills

• Knowledge of Sales Insights, Customer Service Insights, and Customer Voice.
• Experience in financial services or banking sectors.
• Microsoft Dynamics 365 certifications for Sales, Service, or Customizations.
