Description

Lead technical design and integration architecture for Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement implementations, owning solution delivery from requirements through deployment.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate detailed design from requirements and support construction and deployment phases.
• Design scalable components within a Service Oriented Architecture (SOA) environment.
• Lead technical workshops with business and technology partners to develop architectural solutions.
• Own solution delivery and provide technical leadership for pre-sales engagements and POC development.
• Advocate for best practices to ensure scalable solutions align with product roadmaps.

Required Skills

• 12-14 years of experience in Dynamics 365 CE (Sales, Service) including Online and On-Premise environments.
• Hands-on experience with C#.Net, JavaScript, MS SQL, MS CRM SDK, and MSD developer toolkit.
• Expertise in integration patterns using REST, ODATA WebAPIs, and middleware tools like MuleSoft.
• Proficiency with Azure integration services including Logic Apps, Azure Functions, Service Bus, and API Management.
• Experience with data migration, mapping, and harmonization using Azure Data Factory.
• Technical knowledge of SSRS, Power BI, Power Apps, Power Automate, and PCF controls.
• Experience setting up DevOps pipelines for CRM systems on cloud platforms.
• Strong understanding of security models, connectivity, and cloud platform resource management.
• Experience working within Agile methodologies.

Preferred Skills

• Experience integrating Dynamics 365 with CCaaS platforms such as Genesys, NICE, or Talkdesk.
• Knowledge of Dynamics 365 Sales Insights, Customer Service Insights, and Customer Voice.
• Exposure to Healthcare Payor or Provider environments.
