Description

You will lead technical efforts on the Dynamics 365 platform.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot user issues across D365 modules, handling L2 incidents, L3 problems, minor changes, and integrations.
• Design and implement CRM integrations and define data migration strategies.
• Develop custom workflows and perform deep system troubleshooting.
• Manage role-based access, form behavior, and record visibility within the platform.
• Support system updates, integrations, and monitor overall platform health.

Required Skills

• 8+ years of hands-on experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365.
• Proficiency in CRM Integration and Data Migration processes.
• Experience managing SQL Server for database operations and reporting.
• Ability to develop custom logic using JavaScript.
• Experience creating reports and dashboards in Power BI.
• Strong skills in system troubleshooting and L2/L3 incident management.
• Familiarity with custom workflows development.
