Description

Lead the technical design and implementation of scalable Dynamics 365 and Power Platform solutions.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Design scalable, secure solutions using Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement and Power Platform modules.
• Lead and mentor developers while enforcing coding standards and architectural guidelines.
• Develop complex functionality through custom plugins, workflows, integrations, and extensions.
• Manage data modeling, migrations, and system integrity within Dataverse.
• Oversee release strategy compliance and implement governance policies for environment usage.

Required Skills

• 8+ years of experience in Dynamics 365 development and solution design.
• 4+ years in a technical leadership capacity.
• In-depth knowledge of Dynamics 365 Customer Service, Omnichannel, and Field Service.
• Expertise in Power Platform, including Power Apps, Power Automate, and Dataverse.
• Strong development skills in C#, JavaScript, .NET, and Dataverse Plugins/Actions.
• Experience integrating Dynamics 365 with Azure Functions, Logic Apps, or API connectors.
• Proficiency with middleware such as KingswaySoft or SSIS.
• Understanding of Agile methodologies, DevOps practices, and ALM strategies.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with Dynamics 365 Customer Insights and Journeys.
• Ability to set up and execute performance testing.
