Description

You will serve as the primary technical point of contact for Dynamics 365 Finance and Operations, owning the end-to-end release lifecycle and technical architecture.

Responsibilities

• Manage Production, Test, and Development environments, including version upgrades and build processes.
• Create and deploy builds, customizations, and third-party ISVs across various environments.
• Author functional and technical design documents that translate business requirements into technical solutions.
• Support D365 integrations, third-party add-ins, EDI, and Treasury Automation.
• Oversee the software development life cycle, ensuring all modifications and extensions are documented and follow best practices.

Required Skills

• Minimum 4 years of experience with Dynamics 365 Finance and Operations.
• Hands-on experience with Microsoft Lifecycle Services (LCS) for D365 upgrades, builds, and installations.
• Proficiency in Visual Studio and Azure DevOps.
• Strong SQL skills, including Transact SQL, stored procedures, views, triggers, and functions.
• Deep understanding of financial, supply chain, and manufacturing operational process flows within D365 F&O.
• Proven ability to communicate technical information to non-technical personnel.
• Experience applying project management, program, and change management principles.
• Degree in Management Information Systems, Computer Science, ERP Management, or related field.

Preferred Skills

• Microsoft Dynamics 365 Certifications.
