Description

You will lead the technical design and architecture of Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement solutions, owning solution delivery and technical leadership.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate detailed design from requirements and support construction and deployment.
• Lead technical workshops with business and technology partners to design architecture solutions.
• Advocate for best practices to develop scalable solutions aligned with product roadmaps.
• Own solution delivery and pre-sales engagement efforts.

Required Skills

• 12-14 years of experience in Dynamics 365 CE (Sales and Service).
• Hands-on experience with C#.Net, JavaScript, MS SQL, and MS CRM SDK.
• Expertise in MSD developer toolkit and SSRS.
• Experience with Dynamics 365 Online and On-Premise implementations.
• Knowledge of integration architecture, REST, ODATA WebAPIs, and SSIS packages.
• Experience using Azure services including Azure Functions and Service Bus for integration.
• Proficiency with PCF controls, Power Apps, and Power Automate.
• Experience in data migration, data mapping, and data harmonization.
• Ability to manage cloud platform resources and security models.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with MuleSoft middleware.
• Knowledge of Azure Data Factory and Power BI.
