Description

You will lead the architectural design and technical execution of Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement solutions.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Lead design discussions with business stakeholders to translate requirements into technical solution designs.
• Own the overall solution architecture, including integration, performance, and scalability requirements.
• Manage technical discussions to ensure alignment with enterprise strategies.
• Act as the single point of contact for technical SME matters, reviews, reporting, and sign-offs.
• Collaborate with Microsoft, Infosys, and client teams to resolve complex technical issues.

Required Skills

• 12+ years of relevant experience in Dynamics CRM, specifically Sales, Marketing, and Field Service modules.
• Expertise in D365 CE (Sales & Service modules).
• Hands-on experience with complex customizations and configurations within Dynamics 365.
• Proficiency in .NET, JavaScript, plugins, and workflows.
• Experience designing and implementing Portals.
• Strong understanding of coding best practices and technical requirements.
• Ability to lead technical teams and address complex technical clarifications.
