Design and implement Dynamics 365 CRM architectures, translating business requirements into technical solutions.

Responsibilities

• Design end-to-end CRM solution architectures and lead technical reviews.
• Develop custom plugins and JavaScript for extended functionality.
• Build and manage Model-Driven Apps (MDA).
• Create and maintain Power Automate flows.
• Develop Canvas Apps to support user needs.
• Manage client relationships and assess code quality.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of experience in CRM solution architecture.
• Deep expertise in Dynamics 365 and CRM product functionality.
• Hands-on development experience with plugins and JavaScript.
• Proficiency in building Model-Driven Apps (MDA).
• Experience creating Power Automate flows.
• Hands-on development of Canvas Apps.
• Proven ability in technical problem solving and system design.
• Strong client handling and communication skills.
