Description

You will architect and implement technical solutions within the Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement ecosystem.

Responsibilities

  • Translate business requirements into detailed D365 CE technical specifications.
  • Develop and deploy plugins, custom workflows, and integrations using C#.NET and JavaScript.
  • Lead solution design for sales, customer service, and field service modules.
  • Execute data migration and integration tasks using Kingsway Soft and JIRA.
  • Optimize CRM systems, business process flows, and existing workflows to improve performance.
  • Provide end-to-end deployment support, troubleshooting, and user training.

Required Skills

  • 5+ years of experience with Microsoft Dynamics CRM (D365, 2015, 2013, 2011, or 4.0).
  • Proficiency in C#.NET for developing plugins and custom workflow activities.
  • Strong client-side scripting skills using JavaScript and HTML5.
  • Experience with data migration using Kingsway Soft SSIS Integration Toolkit.
  • Hands-on experience with JIRA integration and Atlassian tools.
  • Deep knowledge of entity customization, forms, views, and ribbon/command bar configuration.
  • Ability to develop bespoke applications including Windows Console, Form Applications, and Web Services.
  • Experience developing custom SSRS reports.
  • Understanding of APIs and integration tools such as Power Automate and Azure Logic Apps.
  • Knowledge of customer service workflows, case management, and SLAs.
  • Familiarity with cloud telephony (Twilio, RingCentral) and social media APIs (WhatsApp, Facebook Messenger, Instagram, Google Maps) integration.
  • Understanding of Power Virtual Agents setup and agent handoff.

Preferred Skills

  • Microsoft Dynamics and Power Platform certifications.
  • Knowledge of D365 Customer Insights (Journeys + Data).
  • Experience in consulting or client-facing roles.
