Description

You will lead the technical architecture and solution design for Dynamics 365 implementations, acting as the single point of contact for reviews, reporting, and sign-offs.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Lead design discussions with business stakeholders to translate requirements into technical solutions.
• Design end-to-end application architecture, focusing on integration, performance, and scalability.
• Manage technical requirements and ensure alignment with enterprise strategies.
• Collaborate with Microsoft and other partners to resolve complex technical issues.

Required Skills

• 12+ years of experience in Dynamics CRM, specifically Sales, Marketing, and Field Services.
• Deep expertise in D365 CE, including Sales and Service modules.
• Strong hands-on experience with complex customizations and configurations.
• Proficiency in .NET, JavaScript, plugins, and workflows.
• Experience designing and managing Dynamics Portals.
• Solid understanding of Dynamics 365 coding best practices.
• Ability to lead technical discussions regarding overall system design and integration.
