Description

You will provide Tier 3 and 4 administration, configuration, and maintenance for the Dynamics AX application.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Execute application maintenance, updates, and upgrades based on vendor specifications and business requirements.
• Resolve complex application, integration, and performance issues through root cause analysis.
• Lead requirement elicitation and design sessions with stakeholders, project managers, and business analysts.
• Create technical documentation, knowledge base articles, and training materials for application enhancements.
• Manage third-party vendors and coordinate project activities to support day-to-day business operations.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience administering and supporting Dynamics AX 2012 R3.
• Proven experience providing Tier 3/4 support for large enterprise ERP applications.
• Proficiency with Microsoft SQL Server (2012 to 2019), including T-SQL and SSRS.
• Experience managing Windows Server (2012 to 2019), desktop OS, and IIS.
• Hands-on experience with PowerShell for system tasks.
• Strong background in system design, development, and implementation.
• Ability to manage software implementation projects and work within Agile methodologies.

Preferred Skills

• Experience in a project lead or technical lead role working with software vendors and contractors.
• Direct experience providing end-user training and customer support for mission-critical applications.
