Description

Lead the strategic architecture and implementation of Dynamics CE across sales, account management, and operational workflows while managing a team of 10 developers and 2 managers.

Responsibilities

• Direct technical design updates and data migrations from legacy systems to Dynamics CE.
• Conduct technical reviews to define the architectural path for all implementation and customization projects.
• Manage 10 developers and 2 managers across 4 cross-functional teams to ensure high-quality delivery.
• Oversee the extension of CE capabilities to support unique data collection and reporting requirements.
• Collaborate with PMO leaders and product owners to align technical solutions with organizational goals.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience as a Dynamics CE Solution Architect or in a similar senior architectural role.
• Extensive experience leading large-scale Dynamics transformations and implementations.
• Deep technical expertise in Dynamics CE architecture and customization.
• Proven ability to manage complex data integrations and maintain data accuracy.
• Experience managing cross-functional teams and technical staff.
• Strong communication skills for influencing stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
