Description

You will design and deploy AI-powered solutions for business automation and customer interaction using the Microsoft Power Platform and Azure.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and implement AI models and algorithms using Microsoft technologies and Azure AI tools.
• Build and maintain scalable AI infrastructure on Azure, AI Builder, and Copilot with Dynamics.
• Connect Copilot Studio to data sources including SharePoint, Dynamics 365, and external APIs.
• Evaluate AI architectures including LLMs, SLMs, embeddings, orchestration patterns, and RAG.
• Optimize AI algorithms for performance and implement platform improvements like fine-tuning or training custom ML models.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience building web applications.
• Proficiency in C#, Python, or Java.
• Hands-on experience with Power Apps, Power Automate, Plugins, AI Builder, and Copilot.
• Experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement.
• Practical knowledge of Azure and Azure DevOps for CI/CD.
• Experience developing and deploying AI models and algorithms.
• Familiarity with frameworks such as TensorFlow or PyTorch.
• Experience with SharePoint and data integration.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or an equivalent field.
