Description

You will drive the end-to-end implementation, customization, and integration of Microsoft Dynamics 365 environments.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Lead requirement gathering, gap-fit analysis, and solution design for CRM functional processes.
• Develop and extend Dynamics CRM using plugins, custom workflow activities, and web resources.
• Configure entities, workflows, business process flows, and security models.
• Execute data migrations using SSIS and integrate CRM with ERP and enterprise systems via REST/SOAP web services.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience with Microsoft Dynamics CRM Online or Dynamics 365.
• Proven experience in at least 2 full implementation projects.
• Proficiency in core .NET technologies: WCF, SSIS, SSRS, and SQL Server.
• Hands-on experience with CRM Web API and JavaScript (OData/REST).
• Strong expertise in Sales Force Automation, Marketing automation, and Service management.
• Ability to develop custom SSRS reports and OOB CRM reports.
• Experience with Agile development methodologies.
• Solid understanding of AD synchronization and O365 administration.

Preferred Skills

• Knowledge of design and development best practices for CRM 2013/2015.
