Description

You will design, configure, and implement Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM modules to meet business requirements.

This role is hybrid.

Responsibilities

• Translate business requirements into functional CRM solutions.
• Customize entities, forms, workflows, dashboards, and business processes.
• Integrate CRM with SharePoint, Outlook, and Power Platform.
• Lead CRM upgrades, data migrations, and deployment activities.
• Ensure compliance with security, performance, and data governance standards.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of hands-on experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM.
• Proficiency in Dynamics 365 modules: Sales, Customer Service, Marketing, and Field Service.
• Experience with Power Automate, Power Apps, and Power BI.
• Ability to customize workflows, plug-ins, and JavaScript.
• Knowledge of data migration tools (KingswaySoft or SSIS).
• Strong communication and documentation skills.

Preferred Skills

• Microsoft certifications: Dynamics 365 Functional Consultant Associate or Power Platform Functional Consultant Associate.
• Experience with Azure services and Dynamics 365 integrations.
• Background in agile or hybrid project methodologies.
