Roles & Responsibilities:

• Design and develop data integration solutions for Dynamics CRM and related Microsoft platforms.
• Build ETL workflows using SSIS and KingswaySoft for inbound and outbound data movement.
• Implement REST API and JSON-based integrations with external applications and services.
• Develop and support Azure Data Factory pipelines for data extraction, transformation, and loading.
• Work on Dataverse data extraction and integration scenarios across enterprise systems.

Experience:

• Strong hands-on experience with Dynamics CRM and Microsoft business application data models.
• Deep working knowledge of SSIS, KingswaySoft, JSON transformations, and REST API integrations.
• Experience building scalable ETL solutions with error handling, logging, and monitoring.
• Experience with Azure Data Factory and integration patterns for Dataverse and ERP systems.
• Experience designing and supporting CRM data integrations with external applications and enterprise systems.
• Experience working with inbound and outbound data movement, ETL workflows, and data integration solutions.
• 5 to 10 years of relevant experience in CRM data integration and enterprise application integration.

Good to Have:

• Dynamics 365 experience.
• Power Platform exposure.

Education:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
